Domestic Violence and Supervision

Published on 8 May 2024 at 15:10

Domestic violence affects one in three women and one in seven men in the United States in their lifetime. In 50 percent of cases in which a child is in a domestically violent home, that child is at risk of injury, whether intentional or not.  Supervised visitation not only protects a child from potential injuries, but keeps parents separate as a third party does the exchange; and can address false accusations.  Supervised Visitation protects everyone.

Hello
I am a mother of a 2 year old in a child custody case. Supervised visitation is ordered & we are looking for a more affordable rate than our previous agency. I live in worth & we will need weekly visits. I am also wondering your policy of photos & videos of the minor child during visitation.
Thank you
